<br />Notice is hereby given on the 24`h day of July, 2003, the Federal Grand Jury for the District
<br />of Nebraska indicted James D. Swanson on the following charges: one count of conspiracy to
<br />possess and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United
<br />States Code, Sections 841(a)(1), 841(b)(1) and 846 and one count of asset forfeiture.
<br />Said Indictment gives notice the following- described property is sought as property used or
<br />intended to be used to facilitate said methamphetamine distribution. Said property is therefore
<br />forfeitable to the United States pursuant to Title 21, United States Code, Section 853:
<br />The westerly One Hundred Forty Eight (148) Feet of the North Fifty -five (55) Feet
<br />of the South One Hundred Ten (110) Feet of Block Four (4), of Koehler Subdivision
<br />in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, being a part of the Southeast Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (SE -1/4 SW -1/4) of Section 15, Township 11 North, Range 9
<br />West of the 6th P.M., and part of lot Fourteen (14) of the County Subdivision of the
<br />West One Half of the Southwest Quarter (W -1/2 SW -1/4) of Section 15, Township
<br />11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, locally known as
<br />509 South Vine Street, Grand Island, Nebraska.
