<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(Sf 12NE114), of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (1l) North, Range Eleven
<br />(11) West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeast corner of said South Half of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(S112NE1 14) thence running southerly along the east line of said South Half of
<br />the Northeast Quarter (5112NE114), on an Assumed Bearing of S 00'00'00" W, a
<br />distance of fight Hundred Ten (810.00) feet, to the northeast corner of Home

<br />hereby prohibiting the planting of frees, bushes and shrubs, or placing other
