WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 16, 1995 and recorded MAY 18, 1995 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT #95- 103217
<br />Las been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
