BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA: SECTION 1. Sanitary Sewer District No. 510 is hereby created for the construction of eight (8.0) and ten (10.0) inch sanitary sewer mains and appurtenances thereto in Western Heights Fourth Subdivision, Western Heights Fifth Subdivision, the proposed American Independence Subdivision, and a part of Section Eleven (11), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., all in the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. SECTION 2.
