<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NW114SW114), of Section Three (3), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter
<br />(NW114SW1 14); thence running easterly along the north line of said Northwest Quarter
<br />of the Southwest Quarter (NW114SW114), on an Assumed Bearing of 589'3627 "E, a
<br />distance of Six Hundred Seventy Six and Eighty Seven Hundredths (676.87) feet, to a
<br />point on a curve; thence running southwesterly along the arc of a curve to the left

<br />the road right of way as shown thereon to the public for their use forever, and the
