<br />DEED OFRECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the Trust Deed executed among D & D INVESTMENTS, A NEBRASKA PARTNERSHIP
<br />(Trustor ") and Hastings State Bank, ( "Trustee "), for the benefit of Hastings State Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary, named therein, dated DECEMBER 19, 2001 and recorded DECEMBER 20, 2001
<br />as Instrument No. 0200113145 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />has been paid.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents
<br />grant, remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but
<br />only as to such premises:
