<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured
<br />by the Trust Deed executed among D & D INVESTMENTS, A NEBRASKA PARTNERSHIP
<br />(Trustor ") and Hastings State Bank, ( "Trustee "), for the benefit of Hastings State Bank, the
