Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust BOWDY E KINGERY AND DENISE
<br />KINGERY, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDER L SAVINGS AND LOAD? ASSOCIATION OF GRANT` ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated August 9, 2002 and recorded August 30, 2002
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number
<br />0200209098 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
