<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by DANA
<br />L TRAUDT. A SINGLE PERSON to Arend R Snack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISI.AND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated _TUNE 21 2000 and recorded JULY 12, 2000 in the

<br />paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Rcconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered:

<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
