TRUSTEE'S JOINT TENANCY DEED
<br />JUDY L. COLE, Trustee, GRANTOR, in consideration of EIGHTY -EIGHT
<br />THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FIFTY -SIX AND 30/100 DOLLARS ($88,956.30) received
<br />from GRANTEES, SHIRLEY L. SCHLATTMANN and MARVIN D. DURYEE, does grant,
<br />bargain, convey and sell to GRANTEES, as joint tenants and not as tenants
<br />in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. 76 -201):
<br />Lots Two (2) and Three (3), Mainland and Lots Three (3) and Four (4),
<br />Island, all in Section Twenty -four (24), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />Excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Book 141,
<br />Page 148 and Excepting a certain tract more particularly described in
<br />Book 153, Page 577 and Excepting a certain tract more particularly
<br />described as Document No. 78- 003049, and
<br />Part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E3�SW1 /,) in Section
<br />Twenty -four (24), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as
<br />follows: Commencing at the center of said Section Twenty Four (24),
<br />thence south on the east line thereof a distance of 610.5 feet,
<br />thence west, parallel with the south line of said Section a distance
<br />of 1,320.0 feet to the westerly line of the East Half of the North-
<br />west Quarter (E3�NW1 /) thence north along and upon said westerly line
<br />610.5 feet to the south line of said Government Lot Three (3), being
<br />also the half section line and thence east on said half section line
<br />to the point of beginning.

<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above described premises together with
<br />all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the
