<br />The undersigned, G.I.S.C. Land Development, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability
<br />company, hereinafter called the Subdivider, as owner of a tract of land comprising a part of the
<br />Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NW1 /4, SE1 /4) of Section Thirteen (13), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeast corner of Lot Three (3), Richmond Second
<br />Subdivision, said point also being on the westerly right -of -way line of
<br />U.S. Highway No. 281; thence running southerly along the westerly
<br />right -of -way line of U.S. Highway No. 281, on an Assumed Bearing
<br />of S00 °04'59 "W, a distance of Five Hundred Sixty Eight and Twenty
<br />Six Hundredths (568.26) feet, to the northeast corner of
<br />Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision and to a point on
<br />the southerly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4, SE1 /4); thence running N89 °03'02 "W, along the northerly
<br />line of Commonwealth Business Park Third Subdivision, and the
<br />southerly line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(NW 1/4, SE 1/4), a distance of Four Hundred Seventy Eight and Forty
