<br />convey to GRANTEE the following described real estate as defined in
<br />section 76 -201, of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska, 1996, situated
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Ten (10) and Fractional Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve
<br />(12) in Block Two (2) in Blain Addition located on Lots
<br />Four (4) and Five (5) of Garrett's Subdivision of the
<br />Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of Section Nine (9), in
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and
<br />recorded,
<br />subject to covenants, conditions, restrictions, reservations,
<br />easements of record, visible easements and zoning laws, rules and
<br />regulations.
<br />GRANTORS covenant, jointly and severally, with GRANTEE as follows:
<br />1. GRANTORS are lawfully seised of the real estate and the real
<br />estate if free from encumbrances;
<br />2. GRANTORS have legal power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />real estate to GRANTEE; and
<br />3. GRANTORS warrant and will defend title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
