BABEL, a single person, GRANTOR, in consideration of estate planning, <br />conveys to GRANTEE, MARY F. BABEL AS TRUSTEE OF THE MARY F. BABEL <br />TRUST, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb.Rev. Stat. 76.201): <br />Lots Four (4), Five (5) and Six (6), Block Twenty -five (25), in the Original Town <br />of Wood River, Hall County, Nebraska and part of vacated North Street as shown in <br />Ordinance No.21, recorded in Book "N ", Page 660. <br />AND <br />All of Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in Block Twenty Five (25), Original Town of Wood <br />River, Hall County, Nebraska and a parcel of land lying between the West line of said <br />Lot Three (3) extended South to the North line of North Street and the East line of said <br />Lot Two (2) extended South to the North line of North Street, and between the South <br />lines of said Lots Two(2) and Three (3), the North line of said North Street as fixed by <br />Ordinance of the City of Wood River, Nebraska, which is Fifteen (15) feet, more of <br />less, wide between the south lines of said Lots Two (2) and Three (3) in said Block <br />Twenty Five (25). <br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR: <br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same <br />(3) warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />Executed �j� <br />1, <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />SS: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />MARY F.
