Hoback, a married person f /k/a <br />Lareda M. Penas, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as <br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded as Document No. 98- 109780 at the <br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska dated October 7, 1998, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />The South Twenty -six feet nine inches (26'9 ") of Lot Eleven (11) and the North Thirty Feet (30') of Lot <br />Thirteen (13), in Block Nineteen (19), in University Place Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 17th day of July, 2003. <br />Q01NZ -411 <br />iV �.• m: <br />SEAL <br />t/s-zq N D, <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POTS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />By:/ "Edward M.
