<br />plat in the possession of the Lessor.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of $124,000.00 with
<br />interest and according to the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the
<br />Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said Lease will thereafter be null and void
<br />and of no further force nor effect.
