CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />200309215 <br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the <br />Conditional Assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF <br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, by Jeffrey R. Garey, of a Lease dated July 18, 2003, <br />wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and Jeffrey R. Garey, single, is the Lessee, such <br />lease commenced July 18, 2003, and terminates July 17, 2038, and pertains to: <br />Lot Four (4),having a lake front footage of 50 feet and situated <br />on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and <br />being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(EY2SW' /) in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, as <br />additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY <br />FOUR THOUSAND and NO /100 DOLLARS ($124,000.00) and a Financing Statement or <br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />KUESTER LAKE, INC. <br />By <br />Robert Kutz, Its President <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditio ssignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this / eT day of July, 2003, by Robert Kutz, President of <br />Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />GENERAL NOTARY-State of Nebraska <br />DUANE A.
