<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROBERT D WHITE AND VICKIE L WHITE HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R z
<br />Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated _SEPTEMBER 12
<br />2002 and recorded OCTOBER 10, 2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200210869 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE WESTERLY EIGHTY FIVE (85) FEET OF LOT TWO (2) COUNTY SUBDIVISION IN
<br />SECTION FIVE (5) TOWNSHIP NINE (9) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6T"
<br />P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND A TRACT FOURTEEN (14) FEET IN WIDTH
<br />ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF SAID TRACT ALL IN THE VILLAGE OF DONIPHAN,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
