<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated March 23,
<br />1994, wherein Erasmo Chavez, a Single Person and Kathy Rincon, a Single Person, were the
<br />Trustors, which was filed for record in the office_of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, on March 23, 1994, as Document Na 102351 of the 11 County Register of Deeds
<br />Record Books, which contains as trust property, the following -d scrited real estate:
<br />The West 102.6 Feet of Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), Hann's Second Addition,
<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Erasmo Chavez, a Single
<br />Person and Kathy Rincon, a Single Person, have failed to make the payments of principal and
<br />interest due in respect to the Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated March 23,
<br />1994, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which secures this
<br />obligation.
