KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />CHERYL L KOSMICKI AND RANDALL KOSMICKI, WIFE AND HUSBAND
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
