<br />You are hereby notified that Carolyn L. Arndt, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about April 13, 2000, v
<br />make, execute and deliver unto Arend R. Baack, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following-
<br />described real property:
<br />Lot One (1), Jeffrey Oaks Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 17, 2000, in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2000 - 03077.
<br />On or about April 13, 2000, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The
<br />Assignment was recorded April 17, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 2000 - 03078.
<br />On or about February 11, 2003, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was
<br />recorded February 24, 2003, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 2003-
<br />02179.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
