<br />WHEREAS, the original Trustor (s), Larry J. Cordes & Sharon K. Cordes, H/W executed that certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />April 25, 2003 and recorded as Instrument/Document Number 0200307242, filed on June 9, 2003, in Book , at Page
<br />of the Official Records, in the Office of the Recorder of Hall County, Nebraska, to the Trustee Wells Fargo Financial
<br />National Bank for the benefit of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, as original Beneficiary.
<br />Legal Description: The East 12 Feet of Lot 7, and the West 49 Feet of Lot 6, in Block 3, Blaine Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is successor in interest to the original Beneficiary and is the present Beneficiary under the Deed of
<br />Trust, and desires to substitute a new Trustee under said Deed of Trust in place and stead of Wells Fargo Financial National Bank.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned Beneficiary present owner and holder of the Deed of Trust, does hereby substitute Wells
<br />Fargo Bank, NA as Trustee under said Deed of Trust, to have all the powers of said original trustee, effective immediately.
