<br />AND KIMBERLY D RAMOLD, UN MARRIED as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 26,
<br />2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page
<br />or Instrument Number 200004375 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
