<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by JOHN C
<br />BARTLETT AND SAMONE S BARTLETT as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 30,
<br />1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page
<br />or Instrument Number 97 104305 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by
<br />Assignment recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written request of the
