<br />DEED OF RE CONVE YANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by COREY L LUDWIG AND HEATHER R LUDWIG, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as
<br />Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank
<br />& Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 13th day of May, 2002, and recorded on the 4th
<br />day of June, 2002, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, at Ins t. 200205984, has been
<br />paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
<br />LOT TEN (10), IN CAPITAL HEIGHTS FIFTH SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
