200309020 <br />LOAN #: 03- 546919 <br />PREPAYMENT RIDER <br />THIS PREPAYMENT RIDER is made this 23RD day of JUNE, 2003, and is <br />incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trust or <br />Security Deed (the "Security Instrument ") of the same date given by the undersigned (the <br />"Borrower ") to secure Borrowers Note to EMMco, LLC. , A LIMITED LIABILITY <br />CORPORATION <br />of the same date and covering the Property described in the Security Instrument and located at: <br />515 N KIMBALL ST, GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801 <br />PREPAYMENT COVENANTS. In addition to the covenants and agreements made in the <br />Security Instrument, Borrower and Lender further covenant and agree as follows: <br />I have the right to make payments of principal at any time before they are due. A prepayment <br />of all of the unpaid principal is known as a "full pre ayment." A prepayment of only part of the <br />unpaid principal is known as a "partial prepayment. � Twill notify the Note Holder In writing that <br />I am doing so. <br />During the first THIRTY six (36 ) month(s) of my loan, I will <br />be charged a PREPAYMENT PENALTY in an amount equal to six <br />6 ) month(s)' interest (at the rate in effect at the time Prepayment occurs) on an <br />repayment I make In excess of TWENTY percent ( 20.000% <br />of the original principal balance in any TWELVE ( 12 ) mon <br />period. Thereafter, I may make full Prepayment or partial Prepayments without paying any <br />prepayment charge. <br />The Note Holder will use all of my Prepayments to reduce the amount of Principal that I owe <br />under this Note. If I make a partial Prepayment, there will be no changes in the due dates of my <br />monthly ppayments unless the Note Holder agrees lnwriting to those changes. [If this Note provides <br />for an adjustable interest rate, my partial Prepayment may reduce the amount of my monthly <br />payments after the Payment Change Date if my partial Prepayment occurs prior to the Payment <br />Change Date.
