OF DFFAT TIN <br />COMES NOW, Farmers State Bank, and states that: <br />1. It is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Clerk, as <br />Instrument Number 0200103635, of the Hall County Mortgages Records. S <br />2. That LaDon H. Zaugg and Brian Zaugg are the Trustors under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Farmers State Bank as Trustee under the <br />aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank. <br />4.
