<br />the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and,
<br />by these presents does grant, assign and transfer unto its successors and assigns, a certain Trust
<br />Deed wherein the said Pinnacle Bank Central City, NE 68826. is Beneficiary, CRAIG M.
<br />MCINTYRE AND AMY M MCINTYRE husband and wife is Trustor, and Pinnacle Bank 320 G Street:
<br />Central City, NE 68826 is Trustee, which Trust Deed was dated the 30'h day of June 2003, and
<br />recorded the day of ,u 2003, as Instrument No. D»'O(/308 Ny.5 of the
<br />MORTGAGE Records of HALL dounty, Nebraska, and all its right, title and interest to the property
<br />therein described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />LOT 21, JEFFREY OAKS EIGHTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein
<br />contained.
