<br />Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements, covenants, oil, gas, or mineral rights of record, if any
<br />The undersigned, who is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, desires to appoint a new Trustee
<br />in place and stead of the Trustee named above;
