<br />KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />Steven Olson and Kimberly Olson, Husband and Wife are the Grantors /Trustors, U.S. Bank Trust
<br />Company, National Association is the Trustee, and U.S. Bank National Association, ND, is the Beneficiary under
<br />that certain Deed of Trust dated January 25, 2002 and recorded on March 4, 2002, as Instrument No.0200202405
<br />of the Mortgage Records of Hall County in the State of Nebraska. The trust property affected is legally described
<br />as follows:
<br />The following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska, Lot Fifteen (15), Jeffrey Oaks
<br />Sixth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, subject to
<br />restrictions, reservations, easements, covenants, oil, gas, or mineral rights of record, if any
<br />The undersigned, who is the present Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust, desires to appoint a new Trustee
<br />in place and stead of the Trustee named above;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in view of the premises, the undersigned hereby appoints: JERRY J. SENA, a member
<br />of the Nebraska State Bar Association, whose address is 1246 Golden Gate Drive, Ste #1, Papillion, NE 68046 as
<br />Successor Trustee under said Deed of Trust. He is to have all the powers of said original Trustee, effective forthwith.
