UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />Whereas, Douglas A. Miller and Pamela M. Miller, husband and wife, by their, deed of trust dated March 26, 2003 and _SS so
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200303973 did convey unto
<br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />described as:
<br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), JEFFREY OAKS SIXTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />to secure their note with interest payable as therein provided; and
<br />Whereas, the said Douglas A. Miller and Pamela M. Miller, husband and wife by their deed of trust ted
<br />_� 2003 and recorded in said Register of Deeds office on 2003
<br />as Instrument Number 7-3 , did convey unto Central National Bank, as trustee, the said
<br />premises to secure payment of their note in an aggregate sum not to exceed Seventy -one Thousand Eight Hundred and
<br />00 /100 ($71,800.00) with interest, payable as therein provided; and
<br />Whereas, the notes secured by the trust deed first described are held by Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island as sole owner and not as agent for collection, pledge or in trust for any person, firm or corporation; and
<br />Whereas, said owner wishes to subordinate the lien of the trust deed first described to the lien of the trust deed recorded as
<br />Instrument Number 0M:N -0$lZ9 , econdly described;
<br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of one dollar to Home Federal Savings and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island in hand paid, the said Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, as
<br />Beneficiary does hereby covenant and agree with the said Central National Bank as trustee, for the use and benefit of the legal
<br />holder of the notes secured by said trust deed secondly herein described that the lien of the notes owned by said Home Federal
<br />Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island and of the trust deed securing the same shall be and remain at all times a second
<br />lien upon the premises thereby conveyed subject to the lien of the trust deed to said Central National Bank as aforesaid for all
<br />advances made or to be made on the notes secured by said last named trust deed and for all other purposes specified therein,
<br />and said Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, as Beneficiary does hereby acknowledge that the
<br />recording information on the trust deed secondly described will be inserted after the execution of this document and that action
<br />is ratified.
