UNILATERAL SUBORDINATION OF DEED OF TRUST <br />Whereas, Douglas A. Miller and Pamela M. Miller, husband and wife, by their, deed of trust dated March 26, 2003 and _SS so <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200303973 did convey unto <br />Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, certain premises in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />described as: <br />LOT SEVENTEEN (17), JEFFREY OAKS SIXTH SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />to secure their note with interest payable as therein provided; and <br />Whereas, the said Douglas A. Miller and Pamela M.
