<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as

<br />of Block 4, Second Addition to Holcomb's Highway Homes
<br />Subdivision, Second Addition, Grand Island, Hall County,
