<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by JOHN J
<br />SCHUYLER AND JULIE K SCHUYLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee,
<br />for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 10, 1997 and recorded
<br />JULY 22, 1997 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />97- 105837 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />THE WEST ONE -HALF (W1 /2) OF LOT EIGHTEEN (18), AND THE WEST ONE HALF
<br />(W1 /2) OF THE SOUTH TWENTY FIVE FEET (S25') OF LOT SIXTEEN (16), IN BLOCK
<br />SEVEN (7) IN COLLEGE ADDITION TO WEST LAWN, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
