<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALI, MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by TRI -CITY
<br />PROPERTIES, L.L.C., to Arend R. Haack, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of FRED M.
<br />GLADE, III, TRUSTEE OF THE FRED M. GLADE, III, REVOCABLE TRUST, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated October 14, 2002, and recorded October 21, 2002, in the Ofiicc
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall Comity, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200211353 has been paid,
<br />and the said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed
<br />and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all die interest and estate derived
<br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following - described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Sixty -One (61), in the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
