<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee —�
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable

<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot 6, Block 11, Rollins Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated July 1, 1999, and recorded on July 12, 1999,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 106981 wherein Abilio Alvarado and Andrea
<br />Alvarado, husband and wife are named Trustors; and Mountain West
<br />Financial Inc. is named Beneficiary; and First American Title
<br />Insurance Company is named Trustee, wherein Trustor granted and
<br />conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the
<br />property above described to secure, among other obligations,
<br />payment of a promissory note of even date in the principal amount
<br />of $45,436.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof;
<br />that the beneficial interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by
<br />Mountain West Financial Inc. to Fleet Mortgage Corp. by an
<br />Assignment dated July 6, 1999 and recorded on July 12, 1999 as
<br />Instrument No. 99- 106982 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee dated
