WARRANTY DEED <br />200308624 <br />Grand West LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company, GRANTOR in <br />consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) an other good and valuable consideration received <br />from GRANTEE, conveys to GRANTEE, Thomas Hohnbaum, the following described <br />real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
