<br />DEED OF RECOMNYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, BANKWEST, INC., Substitute Trustee, as Trustee, under
<br />a Deed of Trust dated September 24, 1999, and f iled October 12,
<br />1999, in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as
<br />Document No. 99- 109977, has received a written request from
<br />BankWest, Inc., the Beneficiary in said Deed of Trust, to execute
<br />a Deed of Reconveyance as to a portion of the real estate described
<br />in said Deed of Trust, and
<br />WHEREAS, BANKWEST, INC., Substitute Trustee, by and through
<br />its authorized representative, has received the Request for
<br />Reconveyance by the Beneficiary, reciting that the Beneficiary
<br />consents to the reconveyance of Lot Ten (10), Block Two (2), Roush
<br />Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee in the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />Lot Ten (10) , Block Two (2) , Roush Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
