DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated APRIL 26, 2002, executed by TRACI A. RAUCH AND DAVID P. WORD,
<br />WIFE AND HUSBAND, as Trustor, for the benefit of MERS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR
<br />MOUNTAIN WEST FINANCIAL, INC., which Deed of Trust was recorded MAY 01, 2002 as
<br />Instrument No. 0200204742, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - -- in the Office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC AS

<br />requested a reconveyance of the trust property to the person or person entitled
