Fulton and Patricia Fulton, husband and wife, Trustors, <br />did on or about March 5, 2002, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. Kivett, Attorney at Law, as <br />C-J <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following described real property: C, <br />"East half (E 1/2) of Lot Eight (8) and the West half (W 1/2) of Lot Nine (9), Block Sixty one <br />(61), Wheeler and Bennett's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on March 11, 2002 as Instrument <br />No. 0200202666, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on January 11, 2003 through June 11, 2003, together <br />with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified that the undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has <br />elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and <br />payable and has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to <br />satisfy said obligation. <br />Dated this 27t" day of June, 2003. <br />Micha 1 ivett, Attorney at Law, <br />Trustee <br />11240 Davenport Street, P.O.
