DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, FIDELITY NATIONAL TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY is the Trustee under a Deed
<br />of Trust dated OCTOBER 18, 2001, executed by DANIEL K. BEYER AND CECE A. BEYER,
<br />as Trustor, for the benefit of HOMESIDE LENDING, INC., which Deed of Trust was
<br />recorded NOVEMBER 01, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200111147, in Book No. - - -, at
<br />Page No. - -- in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK FA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST
<br />TO HOMESIDE LENDING INC BY OPERATION OF LAW, has requested a reconveyance of the
<br />trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
<br />LOT 1, WESTERN HEIGHTS FIFTH SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
