Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust MARLENE A HURLEY, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 15. 2002 and recorded DECEMBER 2. 2002 in the

<br />0200213263 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
