<br />1. It is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Hall County Clerk, as
<br />Instrument Number 0200109902, of the Hall County Mortgages Records.
<br />2. That Jose N. Carpio, Jr. and Ana C. Carpio are the Trustors under the said Trust Deed.
<br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Jose N. Carpio , Jr. and Ana C. Carpio as
<br />Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank.
<br />4. The legal description of the said real property is as follows, to -wit:
<br />The South Twenty -six and two thirds feet (26 2/3') of Lot Two
<br />Hundred Thirty -Eight (23 8) and the North Twenty -eight and two
<br />thirds feet (28 2/3') of Lot Two Hundred Thirty -nine (239) in Belmont,
<br />an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, NE
<br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has occurred and the Beneficiary and
<br />trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to -wit: failure
<br />to pay note now overdue, note number 19094.
<br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has not been cured, the Trustee is
<br />entitled to give Notice of Sale according to law.
<br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of County Register of Deeds as provided
<br />by law
