THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Joseph L. Parrella III and Jeanette M. Parrella, husband and wife, whose
<br />address is 4123 Buckingham Drive, Grand Island, NE 68803, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank
<br />& Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 15th day of February, 2002 and recorded on the 21St day of
<br />February, 2002, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, as Inst 0200202020 has
<br />been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
