<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Randall Riessland
<br />and Jill Riessland, Husband and Wife, to Centris Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Centris Federal
<br />Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated September 11, 2001 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 0200109425, has been paid and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
