<br />Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust JOSEPH D KUTLAS AND RONNA R
<br />KUTLAS, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the
<br />beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 8, 2002 and recorded AUGUST 16, 2002 in the
<br />Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200208582 C
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK FIVE (5), IN CHARLES WASMER'S ADDITION TO THE
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
