<br />Know All Men by These Presents: Centris Federal Credit Union
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Richard K Waggoner
<br />and Debra D Waggoner, Husband and Wife, to Centris Federal Credit Union for the benefit of Centris
<br />Federal Credit Union the beneficiary named therein, dated 09/18/2002 and recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 0200210114 , has been paid and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvene to the person or persons entitle thereto all of the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18) in Block One (1), Jenkinson Subdivision Being A Part of the S1 /2SE1 /4 of Section Two
<br />(2) , Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
