TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />TERRY H REGAN, A SINGLE PERSON AND MARLENE SHOTT, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 3, 2001 and recorded AUGUST 3, 2001 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebtaska, as DOCUMENT # 0200107718
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the beneficiary
<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
<br />UNIT ONE (1) RAVEN OAKS CONDOMINIUM, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, A CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION
<br />RECORDED ON JUNE 12, 1998 UNDER DOCUMENT NO. 98- 105717 OF THE COUNTY OF
<br />HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
