<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by o
<br />TONY J RASMUSSEN, A SINGLE PERSON
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 29, 2001 and recorded SEPTEMBER 4, 2001 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT #
<br />0200108920 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
