<br />Whereas, the undersigned, Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska, as Trustee under the
<br />Deed of Trust Dated February 21, 2002 Executed by Gary Tournor and Michelle
<br />Tournor„ Husband and Wife, Trustor, in which Pinnacle Bank, Aurora, Nebraska,
<br />is named as beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, and recorded February 26,
<br />2002, Instrument No. 200202167 of Mortgages, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, has received from the beneficiary thereunder, a written
<br />request to reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been
<br />fully paid and that such Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby have been
