Roach and Lexann Roach, husband and <br />wife and Teresa Spotanski and Mark A. Spotanski, wife and husband, herein called the grantor whether one or more, in <br />consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration received from grantees, do hereby rant, bargain, sell , convey <br />and confirm unto Roger A. Derickson and Sheila R.
