i <br />200308256 <br />the ,trust therein expressed, the property above described to <br />secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of <br />even date in the principal amount of $62,450.00 and interest <br />thereon according to the terms thereof; that the beneficial <br />interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned by The Platte Valley <br />State Bank & Trust Company to First Mortgage Corp. by an Assignment <br />dated December 21, 1995 and recorded on January 2, 1996 as Document <br />No. 96- 100031 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was further assigned to <br />Deposit Guaranty Mortgage Co. by an Assignment dated February 5, <br />1996 and recorded on February 22, 1996 as Document No. 96- 101252; <br />further assigned to First American National Bank on March 18, 1999 <br />and recorded on May 10, 1999 as Document No. 99- 104805; further <br />assigned to Fleet Mortgage Corp. December 2, 1999 and recorded on <br />February 9, 2001 as Document No. 200100983. That by Substitution <br />of Trustee dated May 10, 2002, made by Washington Mutual Home <br />Loans, Inc., successor in interest by merger to Fleet Mortgage <br />Corp., Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of The Platte <br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company. The Substitution of Trustee was <br />recorded on May 17, 2002, as Document No. 200205291 in the Office <br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. The fulfillment <br />of the following conditions, as specified in the Trust Deed, <br />authorize this conveyance: <br />1. Breach and default were made under the terms of the Trust <br />Deed in the particular set forth in the notice of default <br />hereinafter referred to, which default continued until the time of <br />sale. <br />2. There was filed for record on January 3, 2003, as <br />Instrument No. 200301152, a Notice of Default in the Office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and of election to sell <br />the property to satisfy the obligations secured thereby and <br />thereafter notice of the filing of the Notice of Default was sent <br />in the statutory manner to all persons entitled to a notice <br />thereof. <br />3. That thereafter Notice of Trustee's sale was properly made <br />-2- <br />
