The undersigned Lessor, namely Kuester Lake, Inc., hereby consents to the conditional assignment
<br />to FIVE POINTS BANK (Secured Party), by Connie L. Conner, as sole owner, (Debtor), of a Lease dated SSd
<br />March 1, 1975, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc., is the Lessor and Connie L. Conner, is the Lessee, such Lease
<br />commenced March 1, 1975, and terminates February 28, 2010, and pertains to:
<br />Lot 11, having a lake front footage of 60 feet, situated on the East side of the East portion of
<br />Kuester Lake, and being a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW %) in Section Thirteen (13),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., 'Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents, was given by said Debtor to FIVE
<br />POINTS BANK (Secured Party) as additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of
<br />$82,500.00, and a Financing Statement and /or Deed of Trust covering the above - described premises and
<br />securing payment of said note (bond).
<br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid.
